There are baby changing and feeding facilities at the toilets next to Entrance 7, Entrance 6 and at the Food Court (near Nandos). 

Special access

For our disabled customers, shopping is easy and convenient at Eastgate. 

We have a number of facilities geared to meet the needs of our guests with disabilities:

• Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Eastgate Management Reception. Please contact (011) 479 6000 to book. This service is free; however a refundable deposit is required.
• Parking bays are located close to entrances in all car parks.
• A number of toilet facilities throughout the centre are suitable for disabled access.

Parking is a pleasure at Eastgate with 2 235 open parking bays, 1 781 undercover bays and 100 carport bays, you will always have somewhere to park.
